LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
The Tuscola County Road Commission, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of up to two (2) LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATORS. Qualified candidates must have the physical ability to do all Road Commission tasks. A Class A CDL, No restrictions, with "N" Endorsement, and a valid medical card is required for employment. Applications are available above. You can mail or drop off at the Caro Office located at 1733 S Mertz, Caro MI 48723 by June 30, 2022. ROADSIDE DITCH PETITION
One option for having roadside ditch work completed is through a roadside ditch petition. Residents can sign the Ditch Petition Form and request approval of their Township Board for the petition to continue to the Road Commission. See the link below for the procedure details.

The Road Commission is using a 1-10 scale to rate the condition of hard surfaced roads called PASER, PAvement Surface Evaluation Rating. The link below includes descriptions for each rating level along with pictures.
